On unclaimed pages, subgenres are inferred from the public headline and bio, and may be incomplete.

The average per-song rates shown publicly, as of the date noted. Always confirm with the engineer.

Who runs it

MixPit is built and run by David Russell in Houlton, Maine. David writes and records instrumental metal as Wretcher, programs drums, and runs Dead Pixel Design, a one-person web and video shop. David reads every form, answers every email and hand-checks every listing.
